Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it—no questions asked.
To cancel, email us at privacy@zoenails.in with your order details. Once we confirm your request and receive the returned product, we’ll process your refund.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be purchased within the last 7 days

It must be unused and in its original packaging
Non-returnable items include:

Customized or personalized products

Products that expire quickly or are perishable

Items unsealed after delivery (for hygiene reasons)

Items that have been mixed with other products after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We’ll process your refund within 2 to 3 business days

The amount will be credited to your bank account in 4 to 5 business days

Refunds are made using the same payment method used during purchase

No extra fees will be charged for the refund
Note: Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless required by law.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable and insured courier service to avoid loss or damage.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received. If the gift wasn’t marked as such, we’ll refund the original buyer.
